Rule 105A
Provisions regarding appointment, remuneration and service conditions of teachers and staff of institutional schools

(1) Institutional schools shall manage the arrangements related to the appointment, remuneration and service conditions of teachers and employees of institutional schools through its regulations made in accordance with prevailing laws.
(2) In addition to other things, the following things should also be mentioned in the regulations made according to sub-rule (1):-
(a) Salary as per the standards determined by the Government of Nepal (b) In the case of permanent teachers and employees, ten percent of the salary must be deducted from the savings fund and the school should add an equivalent amount,
(c) Annual festival expenses equal to one month's salary,
(d) Various holidays available to teachers and employees (e) the conditions and procedures under which a temporary appointed teacher may become permanent or a contractually appointed teacher may be temporarily or permanently appointed,
(f) Provisions regarding departmental action of teachers.
(3) Institutional schools that do not make regulations according to this rule, do not give appointment letters to teachers and do not provide salaries and facilities will be punished according to the law.
